Out of stock/Backorder items

In case of Out-of-Stock situation, the order will be kept for backorder (up to 14 business days) and customer will be notified via email. If an item is discontinued by the manufacturer or will be out of stock for more than 20 days, the rest of  the order (if any) will be shipped and customer will be refunded for the unshipped item(s). Customer will be notified about refund via email.

Sale Items

Clearance items are not eligible for Refund/Exchange. Also promotional discount codes do not apply for items on sale.

Order Canceling/Modification

An order cannot  be cancelled/modified/changed provided the order has already been processed. Orders cannot be cancelled via email.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact the Exchange Department at info@beauty2bar.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Package must not be opened and must not display any visible sign of distress. There will be a standard restocking fee of 15% of the purchased price.
